This is the first class – the course will be held through online broadcasts on YouTube, with further access to the recordings. There will also be a group where you can communicate and share experiences with your classmates and get answers to your questions.

We will create a website for a solopreneur/small business with a portfolio, blog, services, contact form, map, search, and cover the fundamentals of web design, security, performance, mobile responsiveness, SEO, and marketing (especially copywriting).

Creating menus, taxonomies, and pages. Extra functionality, introduction to visual editor dynamic data, and design of individual pages.
SEO and content structure
Setting up advanced SEO functionality, robots.txt, The essential understanding of the content and structure
Dive deep into Dynamic data with Custom Post Types and Custom Fields
Media and performance
Caching, minification, lazy loading, and other speed optimizations. Media handling, image optimization, and CDN connection
The basics of Marketing Copy and proper website structure
How to sell website services to end clients, where to start your freelancing business – workflow, marketing strategies and negotiations
Final actions and publication
Connecting the Google console and analytics, publishing in search engines.
